Our Story

Born from
the old streets

Bruma — the Romanian word for morning frost, for the thin silver film that covers everything before the sun rises — lives in the in-between. Between day and night. Between coffee and wine. Between a city's history and its restless present.

We opened at the edge of the city vibing center because this neighbourhood knows how to hold contradictions: ancient walls and young energy, quiet courtyards and a vibrant street. Bruma belongs here.

We source our coffee from Romanian roasters who travel for their beans, and our wines from makers who let the terroir speak. Everything on our plates is honest and seasonal.

At Bruma, the doors are open wide — and that includes the ones with four paws. Our terrace and interior welcome well-behaved pets alongside their humans. Water bowls and good vibes included.

Dogs are welcome both inside and on our terrace. We ask only that they be as relaxed as the rest of us.
